MTF Levels ("the extension") is published by TabKite. This policy explains what data the extension and its server handle. We keep it to the minimum needed for the features to work.
Your settings, watchlist, custom levels and alerts are stored in your browser using Chrome's extension storage. They are not sent to us, except as described under "Pro features" below.
To show prices and candles, the extension requests public market data directly from Binance's market-data servers. These requests contain only the coin symbol (for example BTCUSDT). Binance receives your IP address as part of any normal web request; see Binance's privacy policy for how they handle it.
We do not store your name, email, payment card or UPI details. Payments are handled by Gumroad or Razorpay under their own privacy policies; we only receive confirmation that a purchase is valid (and, for UPI claims, the payment ID you enter).
We do not collect browsing history, page content, keystrokes or location. The extension does not read or change any website you visit. We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers.
The extension can show buttons that open exchange websites with our referral code. Nothing is tracked by the extension when you click them; the exchange may know you arrived through our link. You can hide these buttons in Account → Settings.
Uninstalling the extension deletes its local data. License, alert and Telegram data on our server is kept while your license is active. Email us to have it deleted.
